Happy International Woman's Day. 

On this day I always reflect on the struggles and issues that face the women of the world. And while I count my blessings to have been born in a country where at least I can catch up to the men; we still have a lot of work to do. I  want this world to be an equal playing ground for my daughter and my daughter's daughter. I hope that they will not be faced with the challenges that I have faced in my career.
