His ability to look at mundane elements and compose them in compelling and stunning works of art- are why they are my go to inspiration when I am compiling colour palettes for interiors.  I mean look at these beauties! They are timeless and dynamic.  Strong and subtle. And the colour combinations are breathtaking.  Simply BEAUTIFUL and inspiring from a painting perspective.
