Isabella Blow

I was familiar with the name Isabella Blow, I had heard of her impact on the fashion industry- had seen a few pictures of this strong woman but never knew very much more about her until my sister sent me a link (please see below) to an Alexander McQueen documentary and Isabella Blow came to life before my eyes.  She not only discovered McQueen but she was always pushing her visions further challenging, pushing, discovering, creating and writing fashion editorials.  She is truly inspirational.  And I must confess I felt a little disconcerting when I soon realized that Lady Gaga not only knocks her off but literally reinterprets her style.  True it has all been done before, but come on Gaga, for someone who claims to be original and strive to Elevate Life- you are just copying and for that I have lost a little respect.
