labels.

Every time I wish I was a man (because I think my chosen career path my be easier if I had certain anatomy)  - which I must admit is often - I realize how lucky I am to be a woman- and why I am a woman to fight the labels that exist.  Double standards in 2013? You better believe it.  Let us be conscious of the situation and all work together to change the future.  

"Does gender bias still exist? If the answer is no, then why is it that women who take charge tend to be called bossy, whereas men who do the same is just doing his job as a boss? Or why is it that when mothers are passionate about their career, they tend to be seen as selfish, while working dads are dedicated?"
