FIRST BRAND TOUCH POINT- PHYSICAL ENGAGEMENT

One of the only physical touch points of the brand is through a consumers interaction of the digital wheel stand. The user experience needs to be in-line with the brand identity. Simple, and easy to understand and digest content. The interaction design should be smooth and seamless to convey a positive immersive brand experience to the consumer.

OBJECTIVES

REDEFINE THE DIGITAL WHEEL STAND EXPERIENCE

  • Curate content and focus on the user experience. 
  • Enhance user satisfaction by improving the usability and accessibility. 
  • Create a memorable and easy to digest experience for the end user that focuses on structuring and organizing the content. 
  • Design an immersive premium brand experience that leaves positive impressions on consumers. 
  • Allow Czar Design to control overall design and content flow.

PLACING OURSELVES IN THE ROLE OF THE ATTENDEE

 

We thread consistency through all of the touch points of an experience. Tapping into the 5 senses through the use of; language visuals, motion, spatial cues, sensors and surprises. With the end goal in mind to entice the audience and create an interaction moment with the brand- that transcends the cover saturated auto show landscape. 

 

INSPIRATION- CADILLAC CURRENT WEBSITE

We believe that the interaction of a consumer should be seamless between all platforms.  Inspired by the current Cadillac public facing website- we will help bridge the disconnect of digital experience from web to wheel stand. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

CURRENT DIGITAL CONTENT- WHERE WE WERE 2014-2015

The current platform was a coding based design which did not allow for flexibility, change of content or finesse; leaving the design less than perfect.

CREATIVE PROPOSAL

In line with the current digital platform of Cadillac the new design allows for creative freedom regarding the layout and design content which is subject to change based on the amount of information provided by each vehicle life and cycle manager. The design allows for the upload separate pages to the new coding system; creating a canvas of possiability.
