To design a train, train station, and hospitality venue that will seek to incorporate and address the need for transformable design through the exploration of linear momentum.

overall concept

Through a linear exposed momentum; the proposed designs incorporate and address the need for transformable design that represents an evolutionary response to the ever shifting world we live in. Redistributing life in the city sparking new energy to create a more diverse dimensional vibration. Through a patchwork of disconnected adjacencies the proposed structures creates a 2D and 3D dimensional angularity representing urban renewal.

To design a hospitality venue encompassing the basic needs of life- including art, food, water and sleep.  Breathing life back into the Michigan Central Station.  With an emphasis on visually representing the transformation process.  Providing the full time residents, suburban commuters, and visitors with a heightened reality experience.

Through the exploration of the universal human connection LIFE the proposed space elevates life to a performance art level.  Reflective of a assemblage and collage like mentality the space plays with the justoposition of various elements both 2D and 3D creating a heightened reality.
